I chose this picture because I like the paint coming off it. The shape it gives and the rusty color makes it appealing to me.
This picture I like because it's what's left over after removing the signs on the subway stations. It makes it look like a work of art.

As you shoot more pictures, continue to refine your color palette and hone your graphic sensibility. Continue to look for strong camera angles, sharp lines, and geometrical repetition.
